My Story
Before Clean House Clean Mind was created, I knew I wanted a better, healthier life, but I didn’t know how to get there.
As a mum of three, finding time for myself felt impossible. ‘Mum guilt’ often took over, and I constantly put others first. Over time, I lost sight of who I was. I wasn’t truly enjoying life, just going through the motions. Everything changed when I walked away from a toxic relationship and made the decision to rebuild my life from the ground up.
Through that journey, I learned the importance of self-worth, boundaries and creating an environment that supports your wellbeing. While I found strength through movement and personal growth, I also realised how much your surroundings impact how you feel day to day.
Now, through Clean House Clean Mind, I help others create that same sense of clarity — not just through holistic life coaching, but by transforming their space into one that feels calm, organised and supportive. Because when your home feels right, everything else starts to fall into place.
